So this week I had the pleasure of shooting a few head shots with my amazing photographer-- Matt Licari. He is a NYC based photographer and is insanely talented. Check out his website here. He works primarily on editorial & fashion shoots, but he does wonders with my artwork too. We have been working together for about two years to accurately document my artwork. Let me tell you, that it is not easy to shoot artwork and he does it with perfection. So, I asked him to help me with my head shots for a couple upcoming publications that I am working with.
I really was dreading the task of shooting little ole me but he made it fun, relaxed and easy. We shot about 100 pictures and these are the three that we picked. All of them are different, which I think is great! So, if any of you out there need a fantastic photographer-- he is your guy!
I especially love the one with the pups-- Roux (5 months old) on the left and Mimi (6 years old) on the right :)
Set of 3 12"x12" paintings from my 'Hieroglyphic Series'. These paintings are a study of form, movement and color. Various shades of black and white move across these canvases.
I have other colors (fuchsia/grey, yellow/grey, orange/grey, blue/black) and forms available for sale. For more information on these and others in the collection, please email email@example.com.
I am thrilled to show these images to you all from a client installation in Danville, CA! I love her use of wallpaper 125-4 on the accent wall in her dining room and how it merges with her living space to create depth and dimension!
This paper can be ordered in both swatch and roll size and it can be shipped anywhere in the US, as well as internationally. Click here to view the wallpaper.
The first day of Artexpo was fantastic! The traffic was constant, despite the gloom and rain in NYC. I met some wonderful gallerists, collectors, designers and got the opportunity to meet with current clients and to see some old friends.
Here are some photos of my exhibit at artexpo. The exhibition is located at Pier 94 and I am featured in the main gallery area, booth 162. We are here today and tomorrow. Saturday 10am-7pm, Sunday 10am-6pm.
